One request, read by an engineer, priced by us. You get a quote with a lead timewithin 24 business hours, issue one purchase order to SUS CNC, and we place, manage, inspect and ship the parts. If the part is not a fit we say so instead of quoting it.

What gets you a firm quote first time

• A dimensioned drawingPDF with the title block, plus a STEP file if you have one. Name the revision.
• The tolerance classJIS B 0405-f, -m or -c, and the geometrical class H, K or L if one is called out.
• The finish targetRa or Rz to JIS B 0601, or the triangle marks if the drawing is a legacy one.
• Certificate levelJIS mill sheet, EN 10204 3.1, first article report, seisekisho, or none.
• Real quantityThis order and the expected annual volume. A prototype and a 500 piece run are priced differently.
• Date you need parts in handA real date. We quote a lead time against it and tell you if it is not possible.
