Machine SUS Parts for SUS CNC, Not for a Buyer Abroad
SUS CNC is a trading company. We sell stainless parts to buyers working from JIS drawings and buy the machining from the shops in our network. You receive a purchase order from us, machine to print, report to our engineer once a week, and we handle the customer, the paperwork and the complaints.
What the shop gets
- A purchase order from SUS CNCYou contract with us, in terms you already work with. No foreign customer, no negotiation in a second language.
- A drawing that has been readThe JIS title block, finish marks and certificate line are resolved with the buyer before the package reaches you.
- Payment on agreed termsWritten down before your first order. You are not asked to wait for the buyer to pay us.
- Repeat workThe network exists to give a regular flow of stainless work to shops that perform, not a single job and silence.
What we need from the shop
- Machine to printThe drawing is the agreement. If a tolerance cannot be held, say so before the job runs.
- Hold the dateThe date we commit to the buyer is the date you gave us. If it moves, we need to know the day you know.
- Let the engineer inOur engineer visits while the job runs and asks for a short status each week. The door has to open.
- Measure and recordFirst article and final inspection with measured values, not ticks.
- Own the mistakesA shop that tells us about a scrapped part keeps the work. One that ships it and hopes does not.
How a shop joins
Register
Machines with travels, grades you run weekly, inspection kit, and whether you read JIS drawings.
On-site audit
Our engineer checks the machines against the list, the instruments and their calibration, and asks what happens to a part that fails.
Trial order
A paid job of our own, run as a normal order with a first article and a report.
Regular work
Kept on results: dimensions held, dates held, and how you behave when something goes wrong.

If you supply any of those, use the same form and tell us what you supply instead of a machine list.

- Tooling and consumablesInserts, drills and thread mills for work hardening grades, thread gauges to JIS B 0209.

Questions shops ask
What kind of orders do you bring?
Stainless parts to JIS drawings for buyers in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, the US and Europe. Turned, milled, ground and EDM work in SUS303, SUS304, SUS316L, SUS430, SUS420J2, SUS440C and SUS630, from a few pieces to a few thousand per release.
Who deals with the buyer?
We do. You receive a purchase order from SUS CNC with a drawing that has already been read, the finish and certificate requirement settled, and the Japanese notes translated. You machine to print and report to our engineer. You never deal with the buyer.
How does a shop join the network?
Register below. Then an on-site audit: machines against the list, measuring instruments and calibration, the grades you run every week, and how a non-conforming part is handled. Then a paid trial order of our own. Regular work follows if it goes well, and stays on performance.
When are we paid?
On the terms agreed in writing before your first order. We do not ask shops to wait for the buyer to pay us.
Do you publish who is in the network?
No. We do not name the shops in the network and we do not pass your details to buyers. The order sits with us.
What does the weekly update involve for us?
A short status to our engineer: material in, first article done, run progress, outside process sent and back, final inspection, packed. Ten minutes a week. If a date is at risk we need to hear it the day you know, not on the ship date.
