Privacy and What Happens to Your Drawing

Last reviewed October 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, work email, company, country, the description of the part, and any drawing or model you attach. Shops and suppliers registering for the network additionally send a machine list or a supply list and inspection equipment. We do not buy contact lists and we do not enrich what you send.

Who sees a drawing

The engineer who quotes it, and if you order, the one shop in our network that machines the part, never with your name attached unless you ask for it. It is never posted to a marketplace, never sent to a list, and never shown to another customer. If you tick the NDA box, the file stays with us until the NDA is signed.

How long we keep files

Drawings are kept for 12 months so that a repeat order can be quoted and made against the same revision, then deleted. Ask earlier and we delete them earlier.

Forms and email

Forms are delivered by FormSubmit, which passes the submission to our inbox. Email reaches us through our mail provider. Both see the content of what you send, in the same way any mail provider does.

Analytics

We count page views to see which guides are read, through Google Tag Manager. No advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking. Nothing you type into a form is sent to an analytics tool.

Deleting your data

Write to sales at suscnc.com and ask. We delete the record and the files, and confirm it within 24 business hours. You do not have to explain why. Records of an order you placed are kept as long as the law and the terms of sale require.

Changes

If this page changes, the review date above changes with it. We do not change it quietly and backdate it.
